WHO ARE WE??? We have been raising and breeding goats since 1989. We started off with a bred Registered White Angora doe and a yearling doe and have, over the past 17 years, expanded to become the leading breeders of Fullblood South African Boer goats in Maine and perhaps the entire Northeast. Goats are the primary meat source of 85% of the worlds population and with the recent demographic changes in the United States goat meat demand has far out reached the supply. In Maine all that has been available until now is high priced breeding stock which certainly curtails any opportunity and profitability for an expanded meat market. It is totally unprofitable to purchase $500.00 plus animals and send their offspring to a processing plant! THAT IS ALL ABOUT TO CHANGE!
